Whether it is intentional or not, life tends to imitate art, with the converse also being true. This bi-directional axiom was the catalyst for this not-for-profit project to be started.
Have you ever been watching a tv show or movie, or perhaps listening to a song, only to make a connection between that form of media and something that you learned in school? The goal of this website it to create a database of media application for both students and educators to reference to when trying to find a piece of media that helps portrays or exemplifies a particular topic.
Our (including you) mission is to create a community-built database of synopsizes of real-life media application to educational topic written by both students and educators. By doing this, the long-term and umbrella goal is to help create a free and open-source educational resource.
